For decades now, the enterprise from Salzburg has dealt with the subject of healthy sleep and collaborates constantly with renowned sleep research experts in order to further develop the Wenatex sleep system. This is necessary, because new findings are revealed all the time. Wenatex constantly integrates these findings in its product innovations. The development of new products at Wenatex goes hand in hand with intensive tests, research and trend research. The materials used for prototypes are subject to suitability tests and then optimised. One of the latest products resulting from the research and development work carried out by Wenatex is the Wenaflex® Premium bed base – the basis for healthy sleep. As with the entire Wenatex sleep system, state-of-the-art technology and the best materials are used for the production of the new bed base.
Wenatex develops the bed base designed in accordance with the shape of the body
Wenatex is convinced that a good bed base needs to provide flexible support for each section of the body. In order to fulfil this requirement, Wenatex developed the new Wenaflex® Premium bed base designed in accordance with the shape of the body. “In a standard dimension of 90 x 200 cm, 60 threedimensional, fully flexible spring elements with 240 support points offer perfect pinpoint support for each part of the body. Point for point, every single spring element and their respective four pads or support points yield individually and independently, although they are stabilised in such a way that they move in an almost vertical motion, which means that they simultaneously prevent the mattress form sliding.” explains Wenatex Germany Managing Director Michael Wernicke.

The Wenaflex Premium bed base was specially designed as an ideal base for the Wenatex cold foam mattress, which is why it is the perfect supplement for the Wenatex orthopaedic mattress. The flexible spring elements in various degrees of hardness support the various comfort zones of the mattress in perfect harmony.
